As the Founder and Editor-in-Chief of Beyond News Report, I bring over 18 years of field reporting experience to global economic analysis. Following a nearly two-decade tenure at the Daily Business Recorder, Pakistan’s leading financial daily, I transitioned from daily news reporting to deep-dive macroeconomic and geopolitical analysis.

Holding a postgraduate degree in Journalism from the University of Karachi and as a recipient of the Fulbright Fellowship (Professional Partnership Program, 2013), my work focuses on the economic ‘why’ behind global headlines. From evaluating trade tariffs and regional corridors to tracking shifting commodity and crypto markets, my promise remains the same: high-integrity reporting over surface-level summaries, and strategy over clickbait.
